How do I get started working with RTW?

During our introductory call, we’ll figure out if our styles match and if we can work together. If we decide to move forward, you’ll send your resume to resumestailoredwrite@gmail.com for its first review.

In-take call

Once your resumes has been reviewed, we’ll schedule our in-take call, which will take up to an hour. During this call, I’ll interview you to learn more about you, your career goals, and timeline.

homework

During our call, I will have questions and will need information from you to help supplement your resume. This may include more details on your areas of expertise, career accomplishments, professional development, community or volunteer experience, formal education, etc.

Client Agreement

Before resume design work begins, we’ll sign our client agreement. Our agreement includes deadlines and what we’re committing to contribute during the resume design process.

Invoicing

I’ll also send your invoice for services rendered. Once I receive your signed client agreement and payment, resume design begins!

I used Google Shared Docs to work with clients so you may see my progress during the resume design process. Please make sure you’re comfortable using shared docs, as this is an easy way to track changes and keep our work in the cloud.

Final resume review

Once you’re satisfied with your final resume draft, our agreement is fulfilled. Your resume is available for download, in MS Word or pdf.
